17 Best Med Spas in Las Vegas, According to AI: 2026 Visibility Study

AI med spa recommendations beside the message: Your next client asked AI first.

If you ask an AI tool for the best med spa Las Vegas has, these are the med spas it is most likely to name. Advanced Aesthetics led the results with mentions on 8 of 10 artificial intelligence (AI) platforms that returned usable lists. WFPulse, a Las Vegas digital marketing agency, asked 11 platforms the same question on November 4, 2026.

The question was: “What are the best med spas in Las Vegas, Nevada? Give me your top recommendations.” The order below measures AI coverage, not treatment quality. Use it as a starting shortlist, not a clinical ranking.

1. Advanced Aesthetics

Advanced Aesthetics had the broadest AI coverage, appearing on eight platforms. Its Google map position was #7, with a 4.9 Google rating from 2,649 reviews. That review count was more than four times the next-highest count in the map comparison.

2. Beauty Factory Medspa

Beauty Factory Medspa appeared on six platforms, including ChatGPT and Perplexity. It was not in the study’s top 20 map results, showing that broad AI coverage can exist without a leading position in the same map snapshot.

3. Novuskin Med Spa

Novuskin Med Spa also appeared on six platforms but reached a different mix than Beauty Factory Medspa. Google AI Mode, Gemini, and Copilot named Novuskin. It did not appear in the top 20 map results.

4. The Look Med Spa

The Look Med Spa appeared on five platforms: Gemini, ChatGPT, Grok, Claude, and Brave AI. It ranked #11 in the map study and had a 4.9 Google rating from 516 reviews.

5. Chic la Vie Med Spa

Chic la Vie Med Spa appeared on Gemini, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Meta AI. Its four-platform coverage accompanied a #6 map position and a 4.8 Google rating from 439 reviews.

6. NIMA Institute

NIMA Institute was named by Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, and Brave AI. Its four-platform total placed it alongside Chic la Vie and Vivida Dermatology for coverage, although it was not in the top 20 map results.

7. Vivida Dermatology

Vivida Dermatology appeared on Gemini, Perplexity, Grok, and DeepSeek. It reached four platforms without a top 20 map position. Its platform mix differed from both other businesses with the same coverage total.

8. Center for Aesthetic Medicine and Human Performance

Center for Aesthetic Medicine and Human Performance appeared on Grok, Copilot, and Meta AI. It was not in the map study’s top 20. Its three mentions illustrate why checking several platforms produces a broader shortlist.

9. Flawless MedSpa by Melanie Speed

Flawless MedSpa by Melanie Speed appeared on Grok, Claude, and Brave AI. It was outside the top 20 map results. Those three mentions measure its presence in this particular set of answers, not treatment outcomes.

10. Kalologie Medspa

Kalologie Medspa was named by Perplexity, Grok, and Meta AI. It did not appear in the top 20 map results. Its coverage total matched several businesses, but the platforms recommending it were not identical.

11. NakedMD Med Spa Las Vegas

NakedMD Med Spa Las Vegas appeared on Google AI Mode, ChatGPT, and Claude. It ranked #15 on the map, with a 4.8 rating from 599 reviews, the next-highest map review count after Advanced Aesthetics.

12. Simply Skin Las Vegas

Simply Skin Las Vegas appeared on Grok, Claude, and Brave AI, the same three platforms that named Flawless MedSpa by Melanie Speed. Simply Skin was not in the study’s top 20 map results.

13. LuxeFactor Aesthetics

LuxeFactor Aesthetics appeared on Perplexity and Grok. It was outside the top 20 map results. Its two-platform coverage places it among the businesses named more than once, rather than the 19 businesses mentioned only once.

14. Richards Cosmetic Surgery, Med Spa & Laser Center

Richards Cosmetic Surgery, Med Spa & Laser Center appeared on Claude and Brave AI. It was not in the top 20 map results. The two mentions establish visibility in those answers, not a treatment-specific comparison.

15. SKIN Las Vegas Med Spa

SKIN Las Vegas Med Spa ranked #5 on the map, the highest map position among these 17 businesses. It had a 4.9 rating from 149 reviews, while Perplexity and Meta AI supplied its two AI mentions.

16. Spoiled Aesthetics

Spoiled Aesthetics appeared on Grok and Claude. It was not in the top 20 map results. Its coverage differed from SKIN Las Vegas despite both businesses receiving two mentions overall.

17. White Coat Aesthetics

White Coat Aesthetics appeared on Gemini and ChatGPT. It was outside the study’s top 20 map results. It completes the group of 17 businesses that appeared on at least two platforms.

Also named: Apex Medical Spa, Beautiful MedSpa, Beauty Goals LV, Bluepoint Medical Spa, Divine Aesthetics Med Spa, Elysian Med Spa & Wellness, Las Vegas Dermatology, LaserAway, LightFit, Luxe MD Aesthetics, Moderna Laser & Med Spa, New U Natural Beauty, Parie Med Spa, Plastic Surgery Vegas, Renew Medical Spa, Revival Health and Wellness, Sculpt Medical Spa, Skin Health Center, and The Skin Proper Med Spa.

Each also-named business appeared on one platform. “Not in top 20” refers to this map study, not every search location. “n/a” means no corresponding rating is provided in the table.

Key findings

  1. Advanced Aesthetics led AI coverage and review volume. It appeared on eight platforms and had 2,649 Google reviews, compared with NakedMD’s 599.
  2. The map’s top three were nearly absent from AI answers. Alena Medspa and Musa Med Spa received no mentions; Apex Medical Spa appeared on one platform.
  3. Map placement did not determine AI coverage. Beauty Factory Medspa and Novuskin each reached six platforms without appearing in the top 20 map results.
  4. Specialist directories were recurring sources. The Clinic Compass and Medical Spa Locator were each cited by five platforms, MedSpaScout by four, and DiscoverMedSpa by three.
  5. Recommendations varied substantially. Of 36 named businesses, 19 appeared on only one platform.

Which AI platforms named whom

The top eight businesses reached different combinations of platforms. A single answer would not reveal the full pattern. Claude named 13 med spas and Grok named 11, the most of any platform.

BusinessPlatforms naming it
Advanced AestheticsGoogle AI Mode, Gemini, ChatGPT, Grok, Claude, Copilot, Brave AI, Meta AI
Beauty Factory MedspaChatGPT, Perplexity, Grok, Claude, Brave AI, Meta AI

Chic la Vie Med SpaGemini, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Meta AI
NIMA InstituteGemini, Perplexity, Claude, Brave AI
Vivida DermatologyGemini, Perplexity, Grok, DeepSeek
Center for Aesthetic Medicine and Human PerformanceGrok, Copilot, Meta AI

For example, ChatGPT named The Look Med Spa but not Vivida Dermatology. DeepSeek named Vivida but not The Look. For owners, that makes platform-by-platform tracking more useful than a single yes-or-no visibility score.

The four signals behind who AI recommends

These four areas help owners examine their online presence. The study shows associations and citation patterns, not a formula for earning recommendations.

Google Business Profile

Advanced Aesthetics ranked #7 on the map and appeared on eight platforms, while #5 SKIN Las Vegas appeared on two. Beauty Factory Medspa and Novuskin each reached six platforms without top 20 map positions. Keep your Google Business Profile details accurate, but measure map placement and AI mentions separately.

Reviews

Advanced Aesthetics combined 2,649 reviews with the widest AI coverage. NakedMD had 599 reviews and three mentions, while The Look had 516 reviews and five mentions. Review volume accompanied the leader’s result, but those comparisons do not show a simple review-count threshold for inclusion.

Website and content

Gemini cited four med spa websites directly, and three of those spas made the leaderboard. Beauty Factory Medspa and Novuskin each reached six platforms despite their absence from the map’s top 20, but these totals do not isolate website content’s contribution. Review your treatment and provider pages for clear descriptions of each treatment area, who performs it, expected downtime and aftercare.

Third-party mentions

The Clinic Compass and Medical Spa Locator each received citations from five platforms, and MedSpaScout received citations from four. These repeated sources make third-party listings worth checking alongside your own website. Correct inaccurate business details and confirm that listings point to the right provider before seeking additional coverage.

Where AI got its answers

SourcePlatforms citing it
thecliniccompass.com5
medicalspalocator.com5
threebestrated.com4
medspascout.com4
discovermedspa.com3
yelp.com3
withorbital.com2
lasvegastoprated.com2

These sources include med spa directories, review sites, and local recommendation lists. Counts show how many platforms cited each source, not how many links it received or whether a particular listing caused a business recommendation.

For owners, source coverage is a separate measurement from business mentions. A platform citing a directory does not establish that every med spa it recommended came from that directory. For patients, a citation helps trace an answer but does not replace checking the provider directly.

Why some med spas don't show up

A missing AI mention is not evidence that a med spa is poor, closed, or unsuitable. Alena Medspa and Musa Med Spa held top-three map positions but received no mentions. Apex Medical Spa, also in the map’s top three, appeared only once.

If your map visibility is strong but AI coverage is low, look beyond your Google Business Profile. Compare the accuracy and usefulness of your website, reviews, and third-party listings. Beauty Factory Medspa and Novuskin’s six-platform totals show why map rankings alone leave part of the picture unexplained.

Start with information patients need: who provides care, what services you offer, and how consultations work. Keep business details consistent across your website and relevant directories. This is a practical information check, not a promise that a page or listing will earn a recommendation.

Repeat the same visibility check and keep dated results. Record which platforms name you and which sources they cite. That lets you distinguish a recurring gap from one answer’s variation without treating a single run as a trend.

How to choose a med spa

Use the leaderboard to identify businesses to investigate, then request evidence relevant to your treatment. Broad AI agreement does not establish which individual will treat you or whether a procedure fits your needs.

  • Practitioner and license: Ask who performs injections and what professional license they hold.
  • Medical oversight: Ask who the medical director is and how oversight works.
  • Relevant results: Request before-and-after photos for the treatment you are considering.
  • Products used: Ask for the product brands used in your proposed treatment.
  • Consultation pricing: Ask what the consultation costs and request a clear treatment quote.

Discuss expected results, risks, downtime, and follow-up during the consultation. Compare those answers rather than selecting solely by mention count or star rating.

Before you book: treatments, pricing and safety

A med spa is part spa, part medical practice. Knowing which side your treatment falls on helps you ask the right questions.

  • Know the treatment type. Injectables (Botox, Xeomin and dermal fillers), laser treatments (laser hair removal and skin resurfacing), and skin treatments such as chemical peels and microneedling carry different risks, downtime and aftercare. Bring your treatment goals to the consultation so the provider can match a plan to them.
  • Who can inject in Nevada. Botox and similar neuromodulators are prescription drugs in Nevada, so they require a prescriber’s order, and state law limits who may inject fillers (NRS 629.086). Physicians, physician assistants and advanced practice nurses may inject; estheticians and medical assistants may not (Nevada injector rules). Nevada also requires injections to happen at a medical facility or med spa, not at a private “Botox party” (American Spa).
  • How pricing works. Prices are set by each med spa. Injectables are usually priced by units, other treatments by session or treatment area. Ask for an itemized quote in writing, whether a virtual consultation is available, and whether financing options such as CareCredit are accepted.
  • Safety questions. Ask about side effects, contraindications, and sun protection after laser treatments. A good med spa will never pressure you into same-day treatment.

Methodology

WFPulse asked: “What are the best med spas in Las Vegas, Nevada? Give me your top recommendations.” The study date was November 4, 2026.

The 11 platforms were Google AI Overviews, Google AI Mode, Gemini, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Grok, Claude, Copilot, Brave AI, DeepSeek, and Meta AI. Google AI Overviews returned no usable list. Coverage therefore uses the 10 platforms that returned lists.

Google map data came from a 3x3 grid over Las Vegas for the search “med spa las vegas.” Map positions and review figures describe that snapshot, not every searcher’s results. Business-name variants were merged. Directories and award sites were excluded from the business leaderboard but retained in citation reporting.

This was one question, on one date, with one answer per platform. AI answers change between runs. The study measures visibility, not clinical quality, treatment suitability, staff credentials, or prices.

FAQ

Which Las Vegas med spa did AI recommend most often?

Advanced Aesthetics appeared on eight of the 10 platforms that returned usable lists. It had the broadest coverage in this study, but that is not a finding about treatment quality.

Does a top Google map position guarantee an AI recommendation?

No. Alena Medspa and Musa Med Spa were among the map’s top three but received no AI mentions. Apex Medical Spa appeared on one platform.

Who can give Botox in a Las Vegas med spa?

Botox is a prescription drug in Nevada, so it requires a prescriber’s order. Physicians, physician assistants and advanced practice nurses may inject. Estheticians and medical assistants may not.

How should I use this list to choose a med spa?

Build a shortlist, then ask each provider about practitioner licensing, medical oversight, relevant before-and-after photos, product brands, and consultation pricing. The AI counts do not answer those treatment-specific questions.
