17 Best Personal Injury Lawyers in Las Vegas, According to AI: 2026 Visibility Study

AI lawyer shortlist beside the message: Hurt in Vegas? AI already picked a lawyer.

If you type "best personal injury lawyer Las Vegas" into an AI tool today, these are the personal injury attorneys it is most likely to name. Naqvi Injury Law led WFPulse’s study, appearing on 9 of the 10 artificial intelligence (AI) platforms that returned recommendations. On November 4, 2026, we asked 11 platforms: “Who are the best personal injury lawyers in Las Vegas, Nevada? Give me your top recommendations.”

The order measures AI coverage, not legal quality. Use this leaderboard to start a shortlist, not to decide who should represent you. For firm owners, the results also show how AI recommendations compare with Google map visibility.

1. Naqvi Injury Law

Naqvi appeared on nine platforms, the broadest coverage in this study. ChatGPT was the only platform returning a usable list that did not name it. The firm did not appear in the study’s top 20 map results.

2. Eglet Adams

Eight platforms named Eglet Adams, tying its coverage count with Richard Harris Law Firm. Eglet did not appear in the top 20 map results, showing that broad AI visibility can exist without a leading map position.

3. Richard Harris Law Firm

Richard Harris appeared on eight platforms and ranked #2 on the map. Its Google rating was 4.8 from 3,762 reviews. It combined broad AI coverage with one of the strongest map positions in this comparison.

4. Benson & Bingham Accident Injury Lawyers

Benson & Bingham ranked #1 on the map and appeared on seven platforms. Its Google rating was 4.9 from 1,032 reviews. ChatGPT named it, although that platform did not name the three firms above it.

5. Shook & Stone

Shook & Stone appeared on five platforms: Gemini, Claude, Copilot, Brave AI, and Meta AI. It ranked #16 on the map, with a Google rating of 4.6 from 954 reviews.

6. Adam S. Kutner Injury Attorneys

Adam S. Kutner ranked #3 on the map and appeared on four platforms. Its Google rating was 4.7 from 2,763 reviews. Its higher map position did not produce broader AI coverage than Shook & Stone’s.

7. Claggett & Sykes Trial Lawyers

Gemini, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Meta AI named Claggett & Sykes. The firm ranked #10 on the map and had a Google rating of 4.9 from 347 reviews.

8. Craig P. Kenny & Associates

Craig P. Kenny appeared on Claude, Copilot, Brave AI, and DeepSeek. It ranked #14 on the map, with a Google rating of 4.8 from 458 reviews. Its four-platform count matched the preceding two firms.

9. Henness & Haight Injury Law

Henness & Haight appeared on Gemini, DeepSeek, and Meta AI. It was outside the study’s top 20 map results. Its three mentions illustrate why checking only Google Maps would give a different shortlist.

10. Lasso Injury Law

Gemini, Copilot, and Meta AI named Lasso Injury Law. The firm did not appear in the top 20 map results. It shared two recommending platforms with Henness & Haight, but the third differed.

11. Sidell Injury Law

Sidell appeared on Google AI Mode, Gemini, and Brave AI. It ranked #9 on the map and had a Google rating of 5 from 660 reviews. Its coverage count matched Henness & Haight and Lasso.

12. Bertoldo Baker Carter Smith & Cullen

DeepSeek and Meta AI named Bertoldo Baker Carter Smith & Cullen. It was outside the top 20 map results. Its inclusion depended on those two platforms in this snapshot, rather than broad agreement across the tested services.

13. Bighorn Law

Bighorn Law appeared on Gemini and Perplexity, with no top 20 map position in this study. Neither platform named Bertoldo Baker Carter Smith & Cullen, despite the firms having the same total coverage count.

14. Clear Counsel Law Group

Gemini and Brave AI named Clear Counsel Law Group. The firm did not appear in the top 20 map results. Like Bighorn Law, it received two mentions, but from a different combination of platforms.

15. Dimopoulos Injury Law

Dimopoulos appeared on Google AI Mode and Claude. It was outside the top 20 map results. Its platform combination differed from every other firm with two mentions on this leaderboard.

16. Morris Injury Law

ChatGPT and Claude named Morris Injury Law. It did not appear in the top 20 map results. Claude also named Dimopoulos, while ChatGPT supplied Morris’s other mention.

17. Valiente Mott Injury Attorneys

Valiente Mott appeared on Google AI Mode and ChatGPT. It ranked #11 on the map and had a Google rating of 5 from 676 reviews. It completes the group named by at least two platforms.

Also named by one platform each: Adams & Ham Trial Lawyers; Bernstein & Poisson, LLC; Cameron Law; Christiansen Trial Lawyers; Cloward Trial Lawyers; De Castroverde Law Group; Eric Blank Injury Attorneys; GGRM Law Firm; Gina Corena & Associates; Hansen & Harmon Injury Law; Ladah Injury & Car Accident Lawyers; Law Offices of Rodney K. Okano; Mainor Wirth; Michael Hua Injury Law; Moss Berg Injury Lawyers; Pacific West Injury Law; Paul Padda Law; Paul Powell Law Firm; Sandy Van Law; The Fletcher Firm; The Janda Law Firm; Wooldridge Law.

“Not in top 20” describes this study’s map results, not every Las Vegas search. “n/a” means no rating is reported here, not that the firm has no reviews.

Key findings

  1. The AI leaders were not map leaders. Naqvi’s nine mentions and Eglet’s eight came without top 20 map positions.
  2. Some firms performed strongly in both channels. Benson & Bingham ranked #1 on the map with seven mentions; Richard Harris ranked #2 with eight.
  3. Directories featured prominently in citations. Justia and Super Lawyers were each cited by four platforms, followed by Expertise.com at three.
  4. Reviews did not translate directly into coverage. Gina Corena & Associates had 911 Google reviews at 5.0 but appeared on only one platform.
  5. Answers varied substantially. Of 39 personal injury attorneys and firms named, 22 appeared on only one platform, so a single answer captured only part of the recommendations.

Which AI platforms named whom

The top eight firms reached different combinations of platforms. Equal totals did not mean the same services recommended them. Gemini named 16 firms, the most of any platform, while ChatGPT named five.

For owners, this makes a platform-by-platform record more useful than a single total. For clients, agreement across platforms still does not identify the individual attorney who would handle a case.

The four signals behind who AI recommends

These four areas help owners assess their visibility. The study shows patterns and cited sources, not a formula proving why a platform selected a firm.

Google Business Profile

Benson & Bingham’s #1 map position accompanied seven AI mentions, while Richard Harris’s #2 position accompanied eight. Adam S. Kutner ranked #3 but appeared on four platforms. Keep your Google Business Profile accurate, while tracking AI recommendations separately from map placement.

Reviews

Richard Harris had 3,762 Google reviews and eight mentions; Adam S. Kutner had 2,763 and four. Gina Corena & Associates had 911 reviews at 5.0 and only one mention. Review totals and ratings provide context, but these results do not support treating either as a direct predictor of AI coverage.

Website and content

Gemini cited eight firm websites directly, and Richard Harris’s site, richardharrislaw.com, was cited by two platforms. A direct website citation and a firm mention are different measurements. For your own site, make attorney identities, practice areas, case types and contact information clear so readers, and AI, can understand who you are and what you handle.

Third-party mentions

Justia and Super Lawyers each received citations from four platforms; Expertise.com received three. Avvo, Best Lawyers, Doyle’s Guide, and Law Leaderboard each received two. Review your profiles for accuracy, but do not assume that adding a directory listing will reproduce Naqvi’s nine mentions or Eglet’s eight.

Where AI got its answers

These were the most frequently cited sources. Counts show how many platforms cited a source, not how many links appeared.

SourcePlatforms citing it
justia.com4
attorneys.superlawyers.com4
expertise.com3
richardharrislaw.com2
doylesguide.com2
avvo.com2
lawleaderboard.com2
bestlawyers.com2

The sources were primarily legal directories and peer-ranking sites, alongside a firm website. Citation frequency describes where answers drew information, not the quality of a lawyer’s representation.

Why some personal injury lawyers don't show up

An absent recommendation does not establish poor service or limited legal ability. Naqvi and Eglet led AI coverage without top 20 map positions, while Adam S. Kutner’s #3 map position accompanied four mentions. The channels produced different results.

Gina Corena & Associates offers another useful comparison: 911 Google reviews at 5.0 accompanied just one AI mention. Owners should not assume that a strong review profile makes checking other sources unnecessary.

Start by comparing your website, Google Business Profile, and directory entries. Check for inconsistent firm names, outdated attorney details, and unclear practice descriptions. These are practical accuracy checks, not a diagnosis of why a particular platform omitted you.

Then record which platforms name your firm and which sources they cite. Repeat the same question when comparing runs, and keep the date with each result. One absence is a snapshot, not proof of a permanent visibility problem.

How to choose a personal injury lawyer

Use the leaderboard to identify personal injury attorneys to contact, then ask for evidence about the attorney and terms behind each name.

  • Day-to-day handling: Will an attorney, rather than a case manager, handle your case day to day? Ask for that attorney’s name and how you will communicate.
  • Relevant trial experience: Ask about trial experience in your case type and the attorney’s role in comparable matters. Past outcomes should not be treated as predictions.
  • Contingency fees and costs: Request the contingency percentage in writing. Ask when costs come out and how that calculation affects your share.
  • Medical liens: Ask how medical liens are handled and how they could affect a recovery.
  • Professional standing: Check the individual attorney’s standing with the State Bar of Nevada, rather than relying only on the firm name.

Compare the answers, not just the AI mention count. The study did not evaluate case handling, fee agreements, or suitability for your circumstances.

Before you call: matching an attorney to your case

Personal injury attorneys do not all handle the same work. Before you book a free consultation, know what kind of case you have and what you will be asked for.

  • Your case type. Car accidents, truck accidents, motorcycle accidents, traumatic brain injuries, medical malpractice and product liability claims each call for different experience. A firm that resolves car accident claims quickly may not be the right fit for a permanent injury that could go to trial. Ask how many cases like yours the attorney has handled recently.
  • The filing deadline. In Nevada, most personal injury lawsuits must be filed within two years of the injury under NRS 11.190(4)(e). Medical malpractice follows a separate rule (NRS 41A.097), and claims involving minors or government agencies have their own timing. Nolo’s Nevada overview explains the exceptions.
  • Your records. Bring medical records, medical expenses, proof of lost income, photos of the scene and your physical injuries, and any letters from the insurance company. Those records help an attorney estimate compensation, including pain and suffering, and plan settlement negotiations.
  • How you pay. Most personal injury lawyers work on a contingency fee, meaning they are paid a percentage of what you recover and nothing if you recover nothing. Ask whether the percentage changes if the case goes to trial.

This is general information, not legal advice. A licensed Nevada attorney can tell you how these rules apply to your situation.

Methodology

WFPulse, a Las Vegas digital marketing agency, submitted the same prompt on November 4, 2026: “Who are the best personal injury lawyers in Las Vegas, Nevada? Give me your top recommendations.”

The 11 platforms were Google AI Overviews, Google AI Mode, Gemini, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Grok, Claude, Copilot, Brave AI, DeepSeek, and Meta AI. Grok returned no usable list. Coverage therefore uses the 10 platforms that returned lists as its denominator.

Google map data came from a 3x3 grid over Las Vegas for “personal injury lawyer las vegas.” Rankings, ratings, and review counts describe that snapshot. Name variants were merged, and directories and award sites were excluded from the business leaderboard.

The study used one question, one date, and one answer per platform. AI answers change between runs. This measures recommendation coverage, not legal quality, and does not establish why an individual firm appeared or was omitted.

FAQ

Which Las Vegas personal injury firm did AI recommend most often?

Naqvi Injury Law appeared on nine of the ten platforms returning lists. Eglet Adams and Richard Harris Law Firm followed with eight each. These are coverage counts, not assessments of which lawyer would best handle your case.

Does a high Google map rank mean AI will recommend a firm?

Not consistently in this study. Benson & Bingham ranked #1 and received seven mentions, but Naqvi received nine without a top 20 map position. Map rankings and AI recommendations should be compared separately.

How long do I have to file a personal injury claim in Nevada?

For most personal injury lawsuits, two years from the date of the injury under NRS 11.190(4)(e). Medical malpractice, claims involving minors and claims against government agencies follow different rules, so talk to a licensed Nevada attorney early.

Why might another AI search give me different names?

This study captured one answer per platform on one date, and AI answers change between runs. Platform differences also mattered: 22 of the 39 firms appeared on only one platform. Your results may not reproduce this snapshot.
